If something comes up and you need to cancel the service before submitting your information (questionnaire, photos, and measurements), I will gladly refund your deposit—life happens, things come up, I get it! And don’t worry, I’ll still be here to work with you in the future whenever you’re ready to move forward- I’m happy to help whenever the time is right for you!

For completed designs, your satisfaction with the end result is my top priority. With color consultations, it's essential to sample the colors since they can look different at scale and in the actual environment. If, after sampling, you're not completely happy, I will revise the colors to make sure they’re perfect for you.
